Ashley is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and nurse educator. Her path through bedside nursing, advanced practice, and nursing education shapes the way she listens, explains options, and partners with people in their care.

She believes mental health conversations should leave room for your whole story—your symptoms, physical health, relationships, culture, and the realities of everyday life. Her approach is grounded in compassion, clear information, and treatment plans shaped with each patient, whether the next step involves evaluation, therapy, medication, or coordinated support.

Through Bayou Roots, Ashley hopes to create a welcoming place where people can ask questions without judgment, understand their options, and feel supported as they move toward healing.
